Nike Jordan × JD Gameday – Basketball Activation
Brief
JD Sports and Nike wanted an activation for their Jumpman Zone event that celebrated the Air Jordan legacy. The installation needed to accommodate competitions, custom-merch printing and brand storytelling.
Our Approach
Collaborating with Breaks Agency, we designed and fabricated a multi-use space. A three-panel judges’ podium constructed from aluminium and non-slip flooring provided a stage for the dunk contest and included concealed storage for props. Bespoke signage cut from OSB and painted with urban typography framed the central court. We also built a T-shirt customisation area with logos and Heat Press machines where visitors could personalise apparel.
Impact
The Gameday installation drew large crowds and created a buzz around the Jordan brand during the tournament. It demonstrated how immersive retail experiences can drive both engagement and sales, setting a benchmark for sports-marketing events.
