Happy City – Denver – Happiness HQ
Brief
As part of the Happy City project with Stuart Semple and Nine Dot Arts in Denver, we were tasked with building an interactive hub where visitors could explore happiness through art and participation.
Our Approach
We built Happiness HQ, featuring a room filled with two tons of soft toys, a custom live-feed hologram room broadcasting Semple performing “If You’re Happy and You Know It,” napalm bomb crates, and a swimming pool. The space also offered art materials and allowed visitors to jump into the toy pool. Our team handled fabrication and installation across the multi-room venue.
Impact
Happiness HQ became a highlight of the Denver festival, inviting thousands to interact with art in a playful way and sparking conversation about the nature of joy.
